  • Ensure compliance with Government regulations or manufacturer recommendations
  • Validate product is local, grown, made or baked by the producer/vendor/grower
  • Validate infrastructure required to be the grower, baker or artisan.
  • Validate producers' statements of their products (i.e. Organic) are certified by a recognized certification
